Refund policy

At StabilTrac Sport, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make it right.

Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for orders shipped within the United States, provided that:

• The item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
• All accessories, manuals, and components are included
• The item was not marked as Final Sale or received as a free gift

How to Start a Return

Email us at StabilTracSport@outlook.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective or damaged. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with your return instructions and designated warehouse address.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or we made an error.
• A 20% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.
• If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
• We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method.
• Unauthorized returns (without prior approval) will be refused.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method after the returned item has been inspected.
• Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If there is an issue, contact us within 3 days of delivery at StabilTracSport@outlook.com with your order number and photos. We will provide a full refund, replacement, or store credit based on the situation.

Oversized Items

For large items (e.g. sports equipment), return freight fees will be quoted in advance. All original components must be included. Items that have been used or are missing parts may not qualify for a full refund.
